Matthew Chowen – Virtual CFO
Matthew works alongside Founders, Senior Management and Boards providing CFO, advisory & execution capabilities. Areas of expertise include: Strategy, governance, international structuring, financial control, FX, cash burn, capital raising and investor relations.
Matthew moved to Wellington in 2013, first working at StarNow before moving to Deloitte where he specialised in providing “Virtual CFO” services to high growth companies. In late 2018, Matthew left Deloitte to purse his interest in high growth SaaS companies independently as both a Virtual CFO and Investor.
Previously in London, Matthew worked in a diverse range of accounting, finance & banking roles at PwC, Lehman Brothers & Barclays.
Matthew is a UK qualified Chartered Accountant.
